By placing an order, subscribing to CardShield, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.All PrideMark products are custom-made to order using customer-supplied cards, files, and instructions. Due to the nature of customization:

• All sales are final once production begins
• Minor variations in engraving depth, finish, or color are inherent to metal manufacturing
• Preview images are representations, not guarantees of final appearance

Customer-Supplied Cards

When sending a plastic card to PrideMark:

• Customer confirms the card is inactive or temporarily paused
• Customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder
• PrideMark does not access, store, or process financial data
• PrideMark is not responsible for bank policies, issuer restrictions, or reactivation issues once the card is returned.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have rights to all submitted artwork, logos, images, or text. PrideMark is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations supplied by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

PrideMark’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost funds, bank fees, or third-party service issues.
